Since when did the policy change that you are required to makeup time for exempt employees? I feel like I'm an hourly employee again.

Like Fiserv will be making time up to us for helping a client or a production issue. Not happening for me any more.
Try life as a contractor - we could take all the time off we wanted with zero benefits and be trashed in an instant,
Since when? If you have PTO, you shouldn't have to make up the time. That's news to me.
