Newer to Intel, grade 5 engineer. Someone showed me goto/paymodeling which shows a pay range for your grade. My base pay shows below the minimum on the pay range scale, anybody experience this? Going to discus with manager but wanted some feedback if this is common.

30% pay increase from previous company, was worth it.
Never take the first offer.
why would you even join Intel around this time??
You were low balled. You are young. You will learn
From your intel laptop or pc open browser and type in goto/paymodeling
Grade and total compensation will be shown
OMFG! The gross incompetence of some people
Not to ask a stupid question, but I will anyway. How do I know what my grade level is?
Not sure what groups folks are in but in TD there was an effort, at least in some groups, to update job titles. This could have easily affected pay ranges.
But, don't look for it to be corrected anytime soon - just be happy you have time to look for a new gig.
Something was updated, not sure when. I am also G5 and used to be in the top end of the range now I am lower. Pretty sure reward cycle this year will be sh-t anyways.
I doubt that updating the pay modeling tool is a high priority. Wages are going down in this market. If you are getting paid what you were offered than you have no recourse other then leaving.
Well the fu---d you
Even if they do they will come up with an excuse to say it's not relevant or doesn't work for your situation.
Some people are hired as grade 3 still so don’t complain 😂
I'd quit before suffering more time with your manager
Why do people use a layoff page as a discussion board. Make a blind account
