Thread regarding TransUnion layoffs

Would they layoff low performers?

With annual review around the corner, I feel anxious since my boss is salty and she may gave me a "needs improvement" feedback. (I'm a team lead and my team and I couldn't deliver on annual goals for reasons beyond my control)

I'm worried that low performers might be axed.

Does anyone know when TU was laying off, did they focus on low performers?

Low performers ? You mean the entire C suite?
No one can top them on low performance.

The main focus has been geography, namely US workers getting the ax. Doesn't matter how well you did your job. A lot of corporate-speak about other reasons, but don't be fooled. That's the main reason.

Likely not but this company has a lot of boot lickers that are so rigid

Our manager also gave the same review. They said everyone’s working hard but it’s not been recognized how much effort and hard work we are putting into this project. Not sure what’s gonna happen.

The reasons being team in GCC constantly produces bug-ridden code which meant we couldn't deploy multiple features
