What's the overall mix of MAP 3 versus 4 versus 5 ratings? I know very few get 5. Do far more receive 3 than 4?
Seems like you should still get it, but I don't think I would risk it.
If you give notice to resign before the 2/28 bonus day but are still employed on that day do you still get it? Or do you have to wait until after payout to resign/give notice
On the Optum side the US RRP was less this year than last year in my area by about 40%. Pay increases averaged 1.5% US and 8% in India.
Proprietary formula cant tell you since dont know if you are in the club or not to see the results. Just sit tight you will find out 2/28
What's merit this year and what was it last year? How does the MAP rating impact it? Does the "baseline" merit apply to a MAP 3?
RRP was funded higher than last year but merit is lower. Inflation apparently means nothing to anyone. Half my staff is under the "low salary comparison" and only one is at the mid-point. It's a joke.
