Finance and HR need to triple all employee salaries!

Many employees are shouldering the workload of two to three others, yet compensation does not reflect this significant increase in responsibility. If the expectation is for us to handle the workload of multiple employees, we should be paid accordingly.

Are you kidding? I am doing work of 2 colleagues who were laid off.am on lowest pay at my office ( and in my job field) and can't get a decent pay rise.have decided gonna leave when I get another job offer.this company continues to treat employees like gum on bottom of their corporate shoes

HR doesn't even know what it's doing. The plant I worked in. They had control of everything and no nothing about the process. Your supervisor has no control over the instance. And the supervisors I worked for we're just puppets and they don't even know what they're doing. It's a shame when you have employees that have to run around and do their job for them. Trust me they have no idea how the plant runs.

Quite simply , I am doing the extra work of 2 colleagues left go in past 2 years.i know I won't get a pay rise or promotion, so quite simply it's either 2 options

  1. leave or
  2. Stay and do as little as possible as the more you give the more they load on you. Need to push back with manager

You need to share whatever you are on with the rest of the world. If you think CS would give any meaningful raises, let alone triple you are delusional.
