Is this how the private equity firms are getting the cash out the door without getting caught? Isn't this a lot of share holder equity leaving Intel and going to a new company?

Are these the same geniuses who had selected reserve primary money market fund for investing that went down breaking a buck in 2008 for employees? That was the only money market fund that broke 1 buck and was supposed to be safe
Intel Capital is just a big POS.
Could have worked on securing the core competencies and investing in mfg equipment and materials …..instead just abused by OEMs to invest in technology they will just put on AMD and Qualcomm devices.
