Hi, does anyone know what the severance looks like if I was to be laid off. New to the company so not sure.

What a great question to ask an anonymous Internet forum filled with disgruntled cranks as opposed to simply reading the severance policy.
60 day non working notice and then 4 weeks of pay. So essentially 3 months pay for less than a year in. Not too shabby. Good luck!

You probably won't get a severance with short tenure.
Just the sack, maybe.
