Did RTO apply to all people managers?

Why is it that a lot of managers who are supposed to be RTO have not returned to the office as of yet? It’s not fair to managers that remained in office and also the ones that were mandated to return to office. The expectation that was given was it was not optional, but I’m noticing in Coral a lot of managers have not returned.

Managers and higher are exempted from RTO if they are sociopaths. True story. Too many examples to cite, but brad l certainly fits the requirements. If he reads this he’ll just laugh. lol

If you are related to or are a friend of F.B. or an MC member, there are special accommodations. Companywide policies don't apply.

Many were stripped of their direct reports on paper, but in reality they maintain all of their duties that they always had. It’s a complete farce.

In my part of Coral, all the managers are here. Except for one who resigned a week ago and their role wasn't backfilled.
