They delayed merit adjustments to push enough people to leave. Given the state of the market most people are just hanging in there but ready to leave the moment they find something.
Well yea every company within Publicis is doing HORRIBLE & they blatantly don't care about employees...

You thought they were going to give raises or bonuses!?!?!? Publicis rarely gave them out when they're winning business & seeing growth... they're nearing an all time low now... oh & don't be late for the office 3x a week
