Yeah, it’s a culture thing. If you’ve been around for a while, think old-school magic training but different. It’s all about CUSTOMER SERVICE and building a new culture.
In my district not sure yours. Its in March followed by a few store visits the same day.
Obviously the person asking for what a PL is doesn't work for MACY'S. PL = People Leader.
What is a PL?
