I check this site to keep up with any layoff info, but it seems to have more posts from trolls than at other sites. Makes me wonder of a lot of ex-Q were actually trolls.

More likely that trolls either are having a miserable existence at Q, or have had miserable existences at Q. The common denominator here is Q. They take in energetic, enthusiastic people, sh!t on them so hard with a system based on cronyism and mismanagement rather than meritocracy, and make them miserable before disposing of them or forcing them to quit. If you want to just label people as trolls without looking at the root cause, go ahead. It's the Q way. You fit right in.

Honestly, it's working pretty well for me. Way better than I expected, and definitely more than I thought an anon board could be. A bit of trolling is bound to happen, I guess, but without it I wouldn't have found out that Shrek is an ogre, not a troll.
Only q can turn high tech folks to troll, keep away.
