This needs to come from top down , if managers have to force this then they will be considered bad bc of not giving flexibility etc. it has to happen from top.

If the people that don't communicate weren't laid off late last year during one of our largest layoffs ever, then that is clearly an inept manager issue.

Again, trying to solve a problem with RTO instead of looking at the cause of the problem.
