I was bullied out of a role by TCS/ex Tcs management last year. Being a top performer for years in my previous team, and suddenly labeled as the worst after moving teams to Tilack M/Anup K gang in rxconnect or whatever it is now lol, was a crazy experience. I lost all respect toward that group and their offshore as days passed. What baffled me was things like application functional knowledge isn’t shared by “SMEs”, but kept secret because it makes these guys feel more secure about their jobs and then they make you feel bad about it - when it’s literally their job to share knowledge as SME lmao. I was made to work evenings/weekends, ignored emails by manager for requesting 1-1, going silent and intimidation in meetings when I called anything out and gave updates. Wasn’t even told by reporting manager about layoff, his buddy manager (who partook in abuse and intimidation) communicated. Thankfully I was only part of this environment for like 2 months
All I can say is - know who you are. I know I’m intelligent AF, I’m a straight sho-ter, I’m hardworking, I have strong skills and I carry myself well. These little and low IQ Indian men and women (i.e. their wives imported from India since it’s cvs?) could never dim my light. I dare them all to quit and see if they can find anything outside cvs. I landed an awesome job within 2 months. I feel valued, heard and celebrated. Back to being a top performer again, being me again
Environment is everything! I’m glad i got to see what these guys really are, because i was truly unaware of the general WITCH culture. Im sure there are outliers, but 99% of it is literally EWWW. TCS is the catalyst for cvs on its way down, a match made in heaven as they say
Get out and find a nice job if you think you’re better than the trash that CVS IT has been turned into by these contractors’ culture!
Irony is this isn’t trolling, it’s the pathetic reality at CVS. These guys have ruined the office culture
