WTF ..?
What is this "leadership team"? How are these people who are so inept able to keep their jobs? Is there something we don't know about?
What do I need to do to be able to just flail around meaninglessly, so I can get my monthly pay until I retire?
What fraud is happening to allow these people to continue working?

Well, if this can happen, I’m gonna just quit working altogether. Let’s see how long it takes him to find out and what excuses I can come up with. I work from home 90% of the time anyway. Sales are easy to fake.
Not sure I would call it jumping ship. "Clamoring into in the lifeboat" is probably a little more appropriate.
