Time to let go of 20+year managenent?

Job to make Dell the place that it needs to be or is time to make some sweeping changes?

Yes…Sr Directors and Leaders. People who get bumped up over the years who don’t really contribute to meaningful change. Who value stock options and status over all else. As empty on the inside as Dell’s promised are of a bright future.

Why not get rid of 20+ year old leaders. They haven't done anything for Dell. They collect big checks, stocks and don't pay their employees.

Dell hasn’t done very much in the past 10 years. We have the same old people doing the same old things. We need some technologists running the company.
