How different do you think it will be with the new scale? More or less? Thoughts?

Enbridge does not one damn thing in a decision to benefit the employees.
Changing the rating will only maintain or lessen payouts.
Period.
If the shares program was a real benefit hey would issue a number of shares not just dollar value.
With past company performance in review price will surely be down 1 year from now.
Same or maybe even a little more for lower performers. Less for high performers.
Less. Also the stock price is at record high, so if we get the $1000 worth of RSU’s again then we will get fewer units than the last two years…
Hard to disagree with that sentiment. I think it will depend though. If you are consistently a high performer then you should absolutely expect less. If you normally get a meets maybe it’ll be close…who can say.
Expect less. Companies don’t make adjustments like this to better the employee.
