Quiet quit, 2 days a week show up for 4 hrs and go home. Union is laudable, but hard. Despite rules against it, mgmt will fight like he77 to prevent it and fire people they perceive as leading the unionization effort. Plus you have to get the employees on board with it, and you aren't working at starbucks, amazon w'house or a factory floor, so the white collar employee mentality is generally anti-union?

It's the only thing the ivory tower types will respond to. They have no issue abusing us constantly, and they want people to leave over it, but they do not want to be known as the bank exec that was so bad that their work force unionized. That's an unacceptable outcome. We should use that to our advantage. It's the only leverage we have.

If they force you to be back, just quiet quit. That is the only solution to hurt these big corp sharks. We are fulfilling RTO so they can’t say anything.
