After Sanjay took over, I noticed that every month I work here is worse than last month. It never gets better and sadly it seems there is no bottom to how bad it can get. I work in r&d Boise.
I see a lot of reposting on linkedin, did they resume hiring ?

That is the problem. These companies/failures keep getting handouts
so they never really have to change. Then the extra massive 'printing of money'
by the FED is pumping up their stock price.
Then you have Felon Musk and RamySwampy who make their money
with the super cheap indentured labor. Pretty soon we will all be picking
cotton.
The U.S. citizens need to be prioritized as leaders on US soil of this US company. It shouldn’t be like a mini other country with all the CHIP funds infused.

i'am surprised it has lasted longer than intel since it is far worse
Hopefully with a new president Americans will be prioritized.

With non citizen living decades without becoming a citizen and being promoted in US at Micron
