I noticed it seems to be business as usual, its almost like being an employee in Citi is like being in a bubble, not noticing how the Stocks and regulatory fines are affecting Citi. Its almost like it never happened. Citi operates like its not having financial trouble. I don't understand how many team mates work like none of this is taking place. Some are even still trying to grow the Citi corporate ladder.
I also noticed the posting on this page slowing down, no new news on the plans with Citi with their releving, etc. It almost feels like a calm before a major storm. Is this how it is going to be? just stringing employees along until they decide its execution time?
