Starting it to check how do things look: I got mine (Risk): promotion + 15% increase + 25% bonus. No signals for imminent cuts. How are things on your end?

This is a lie. The board meets on the 16th. We don’t get the green light to communicate until then. I guess if your manager told you the what the proposal is then maybe but they could lose their job for it.
This is lie!
Bullsh-t. Results day has not arrived. Nice try trolling
Fake post
Group hug everybody….come on…bring it on in….group hug.
Can’t we all just get along?
@aa+1jhfwxw7p Hi Sara Wechter
You can't disclose comps before they are approved by the board. That's pretty d-mb and sets the stage for a lawsuit. That's not indoctrination, that's common sense. And the OP claimed they got them. When actually they didn't. They got a "hint". The whole post is a nothing burger.
Terminable offense - wow :D Should we deposit our resignations straight away? How can you be so indoctrinated into the corporate bullsh-t.
So you didn't get your comp. Frankly it's irresponsible and a terminable offense on it's own for your manager to communicate it when they haven't been released. If the board rejects it then how does that conversation go?

I know what other people at the same level get - and my manager hinted that I will be promoted to that level last week... Otherwise, you are right - I will get official confirmation around the end of the week.
How did you get comp numbers when they can't be released before the board of directors meeting on the 15th?
Yearly hike + Promotion Hike both together 15%?
