At this point their mgmt team is a total snake pit. We’ve got a major cultural issue that we need to fix. Any layoffs should target leadership not ICs.
At this point working at Dell is just a job. I go to work, do my job, keep my head down and shut my mouth.
Hopefully we get some new leaders who are actual technologist.

Leadership needs to go and be replaced by people who actually know how to run a business. How about we focus on customers for a change and not BS policies.
My manager legit only cares about his MSP number and never, and I mean NEVER shuts the fu-k up about it. I feel disgusting even remotely using the word “leader” when it comes to him. But he kisses a-s all day and punishes people under him until he gets results so he’s not going anywhere. Toxic to the core like the rest of this company. He’s driven off 10+ reps this past year.

It amazes me that some of the people attained the positions they hold. Why did they replace Paul Perez with Sudhir? In two years leading FoIT he and his org delivered nothing other than shipping 3rd party SW on Dell servers. Not exactly innovative.
