Let’s not forget the total smoke and mirrors that our leadership team came up with over the summer. Total smoke and mirrors marketing did nothing but put Dell into a poor position strategically. Boosted stock price, great for Mikey and his leadership not great for everyone else. Now we are on the downside of that like we all predicted.
New products to show for it? Nope. New strategic direction? Nope.
Dell is a mismanaged company which is going to be rock bottom. Cutting people isn’t going to save you. A massive leadership change with a new strategic direction will. It’s super clear though you are going back to the only thing you know.
