Assistant Managers basically operations only skilled (glorified tellers) are getting transitioned to the highest level banker with Us Bank. Most if not all, don't want or can't sell to save there life. They differ all sales to bankers. Most couldn't do the sales role and transitioned to operations. This is why Union Bank failed.
