Did everyone else who got laid off receive a piece of paper with a QR code to scan for info? Was that really all they had ready or was it just for me?
Patty has treated me well over my career. That said, there were a number of colleagues who found her incredibly difficult to report to or interact with/receive feedback from (way too blunt).
She su-ks as a manager, so theres that. Fake "leader" personality. No empathy for those that lose their jobs, ive seen it first hand. I hope she gets to experience getting laid off herself one of these days...
So what? She developed over the past 20 years to get where she is now. Regardless of what you think about her, your comment is patronizing to all people who are in similar administrative positions, planning to climb the career ladder.
Many laid off STILL do not have their documents… look forward to seeing the truth come out in the news on how Cargill really treats employees
