All Managers are there so long and nepotism and favoritism is very high, so very less space for young and talented people. Because Managers had to no sense to identify them. It is a "you scratch my back, I scratch your back" culture. Most of the so-called senior executives, especially in the technology department, have no real-world experience. Pure nepotism and nurture of sub-par talent because of favoritism.
