Was disheartening, but not surprising, when they outlined strategy to buy new companies for solutions instead of building internally solutions to physician problems. They also bragged about having tons of dry powder to buy lots of new companies, as we are preparing for major layoffs. Sure they will offshore and automate those companies as much as they can as they scale them up, and bog them down with bureaucracy and our silo'd culture.
