at least 95 folks in January, the strategy they are pursuing is laying off US tech talent, and then replacing them in their India office - this has been widely communicated internally. Expect more throughout the year especially in the tech organization. So long as the current CTO is there these types of decisions will continue to be made, it is a shame because it is a great company that just currently has a slate of terrible senior leaders, especially in the enterprise technology and experience organization. Don't even get me started on the new CISO, the definition of incompetence.
