When is Dell gonna be punished by the media for DEI and ERGs? These policies have wrecked CSG’s ability to perform and execute in the marketplace.

DEI & ESG needs total purge
Not much diversity at Dell. They had as much DEI as they do AI innovation. Lots of buzz words. Very little substance. I'm sure hiring from India will increase.
What a stupid question. It’s like the boat is sinking and you ask “when we gonna stop putting people of color on this boat?”

Judging by the lack of quality in the media, of course they support not hiring the nest but choosing to focus on image.
I think DEI has been fading away at Dell. Didn't we have someone in charge of DEI who seems to have disappeared?
