All Eyes On Tim

Meta, Ford, McDonald's Walmart, John Deere, Harley-Davidson, Lowe's, Tractor Supply, State of Wisconsin, and many others have all cut their DEI programs. All eyes are now on Tim when he will slash DEI at NM. Tim needs to do the right thing and eliminate these ridiculous programs that should never have been implemented in the first place. Eliminating this BS would be a good first step to restore confidence and let employees know that the failed policies of JES are gone.

That's interesting to note. Even if the DEI initiatives are discontinued, it seems we may still not be considered for those tech positions, as they would be offshored or filled by H-1B visa holders.

I'm pushed out for being a middle aged DEI female and is getting replaced by a offshore resource.
Win win for NM since they used up DEI tax credits plus low cost billing resource from offshore for the same position.

From AA to ZZ, everyone at NM follows the same direction spinning, which is to find a high talented, high paying recent (under 3 years in NM) resource in the team, victimize and let them go. The next day they will create a new position and spend a quarter conducting interviews with a wide range of candidates. Ultimately, they tend to promote someone internally who has less experience and a lower salary, offering them a fancy title along with a max. $5k hike.

There’s a difference between having a diverse field force to sell more product who’s pay is based on commissions (low risk to the HO) than DEI in the home office where catastrophic problems can happen in a heartbeat (as shown this weekend.)

Another diversity hire sc--wed up and caused the email issue. Now another diversity hire f-ed up and caused the issues this weekend. Great talent JES and Silver Fox attracted with their failed initiatives. NM should stick to selling insurance and leave social issues to elected officials.

This has been brought up in meetings about DEI in other parts of the company, in reality these groups are optimistic under TG as he was supposedly one of the forces behind the scenes of the expansion of DEI programs in recent years. This is why he mentioned having a more diverse field force in his New Year's message.

However, TG is also very efficient and is already trying to streamline things. Departments are being asked to define where changes can be made and to increase focus on the field. Hence the Sixth Street investment.

The DEI complaint is not the issue. TG will be a great leader. He will clean the home office house of bad investments and turn things around. Please turn this conversation to why good people are being let go TODAY. That is the reality and what we should be talking about. And who is responsible for that.

He must act on this. All the Indian Aunties (yes they are not girls, they are Aunties) will be fired as their sole job is to schedule once a year Diwali Party celebrations. This must end.
