After seven years Sri Donthi finally leaves,,, or was he pushed out? He outsourced all of IT to his friends and relatives in India, even opened Advance an office in India. With his departure they announce his replacement Shweta Bhatia, guess where she is from? I see no change coming from this replacement only more bad following bad. You can't run a U.S. based company from overseas this company continues to doom itself to failure.
