Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

3/3 rating and best review ever

Usually a 2/2 but 3/3 this year. However, I had the best feedback from a manager ever. All praise.

I know some say a 3/3 is not bad, but nothing in the feedback was negative.

Oh well, not surprised. I try but people can tell this extended reorg, 3rd job and 3rd manager in a year, no more team meetings, no updates from our director, etc. Honestly, I'm just wore out from this cr-p and find it harder to care anymore.

$hittybank and HR glamorizing and overly Fake Complimenting 3 Ratings is just Lipstick on a Pig !
Employees know the Lower 3 Ratings mean Lower or Zero Bonuses, Salary increases and Diminished promotion prospects.
LIPSTICK on A PIG ! 🐖💄🐷

One year I’m just going to write I’m God’s Gift to Citibank on my year-end review and be done with it.

Post ID: @OP+1jh8gd8jz Is High on Cr@ck Gullible, Or a "Manager" or HR trying to sell the PR BullSh!t that getting less than the 2s employees got in previous years is Wonderful, Fantastic and Excellent Work!
Higher Ratings 1s and 2s generate Higher Bonuses, Salary increases and better promotion prospects. For example 30% of base Salary bonus = 1 Rating, 20% bonus = 2 Rating, 10% or less bonus including 0% = 3 Rating. Which would you prefer ???

All while Citi feeds you the BullSh!t lines of how wonderful and excellent your work is ! You said in past years you were Rated 2s and 1s. The forced Bell Curve Ratings of 85% of employees into 3s means Citi justifies giving out Lower Bonuses and Salary increases, and in some cases Zero for one or both.

Enjoy your Lower 3s Ratings, Lower Bonus and/or Salary. You ate up and bought Citi's BullSH!T ! That SH!T must taste soooooo gooood ! LMFAO!

4/3
If the AI machines were to read the excellent comments from my manager then I would be a 1/1…. but, one event ruined everything this year.

3/3 here and positive comments. Happy as a clam because anything more than a 3 means my work /life balance is out of whack (helps that I’m nearing retirement) I learned this early on when studying for CPA exam cramming Becker. I passed all 4 parts with 90’s and high 80’s. Girlfriend laughed at me as she was much more relaxed and got in the low 80’s told me “all you need is a 75”. The rest is wasted effort.

LOL

3/3 here, disappointed with managers write up. Nothing was elaborate on what I did, it’s also the fact he doesn’t interact with employees much, that’s might be the reason he didn’t have anything to write elaborated.
