Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Next CEO

There really is only one credible name - Lip-Bu Tan. Intel is already a lost cause thanks to the megalomaniac Pat who ran it into the ground. If the board cannot first hire Lip-Bu and then fire themselves, we have no hope.

Hire the smartest and best engineer at Intel as the CEO. No marketing or finance guys.... The employees should vote for this, not the bored of directors (not a typo).

We need Elon Musk.
We need to add BTC to the balance sheets.

End of discussion.

Lip-Bu-Tan is an excellent choice because he would start with a much needed layoff. A deep cut.

the board would probably not want to hire ex board member as ceo who then later fire them lol

CEO doesn't matter anymore. Talent is lost. And Intel will not last till time needed for any CEO to come in and rebuild a talented workforce.

If the hiring drags out long enough, there will be no need for CEO or BoD any more. That may be the best way to end the mess.
