Not true. This is a d-mb thread.
That's so odd. I was told by my manager that we are going back to 100% remote across the board, but will need to come in 3 days per week + two bonus days and every third Sunday unless it's a leap year, then it is two Saturdays ever other month.
Wouldn't be surprised - MSD turned into a copycat clown: look at recent CSG "rebranding" straight out of Apple's book.
As more companies mandate full 5-day per week RTO, he'll do the same without even knowing why - similar to how he jumped remote-working bandwagon back in covid days and was actively advocating for it.
This is hybrid according to Micky Delly belly who said the leadership joke that hybrid for them is office mon-Fri and wfh on the weekend
