I know a colleague that is 50+, has multiple disclosures on broker check and he just got promoted this past week. So YMMV

My god, the ageism on here is insane. Young people think they know everything. I am 45, as if that matters.

@13k+1jh4n6axr Not Entitled Dum--ss just smarter than you and your avg 50 year old mo--n at schwab. No one in my family had kidney issues and they all lived beyond 90. So joke's on you dillhole. Keep eating red meat and processed food at the cafeteria you'll probably not make it to 50 yourself.

@12t+1jh4n6axr seems to be entitled. If you are lucky you will cross 50. But with that attitude your kidneys might burst before that 😂!

We will be lucky if McKinsey Ricky is better than Pottruck.

For the young ones.

Another sugg , .there are not many 55-60 year old employees left, most want to leave, offer them a retirement pkg. or layoff pkg. especially to those with 15- 20 years of service. Instead of managers making up designer pips. New year, new ceo, new rules.. Chuck cared deeply about the employees, which was why we were so successful. Rick, be a Chuck, not a Walt.

OP, do you feel like you are being forced out due to your age? You might need to start building a case. Share some more details please.
