What Forrester needs to consider is that AI is providing more pointed and accurate insights and industry knowledge than their analysts can - without the bias of 'customer-orientation' or 'what we learned from inquiries'. This will be a slow blead in 2026/27.

Correct. CSS = Customer Success. Their role is going to be moved to India. They can pay tens of thousands per role less by moving out of the US.

The entire CSS org is being laid off. Operations will be moved overseas. Analysts are also affected.
