Most of us are overwhelmed and see no future with CVS. But better use the time you still have here to look for other opportunities. It’s still easier to find another job while still employed. Being fed up, under pressure, anxious and dissatisfied can lead to people making rash decisions. Be rational and do better than just quit - go bare minimum here and spend time and energy on job search.

Many of us are in fight or flight mode and rightfully so. Every minute not spent on job searching feels like a waste. Although it's counterintuitive, a lesson I learned the hard way is to slow down, take some time to gain some perspective, and try not to take actions mindlessly.
Company is in free fall. Moral is at an all time low. Once compensation reviews complete the remaining all in employees will assume minimal effort like the rest of us. A layoff is bringing to feel like the best course of action.
Thank you for posting this. I was so tempted to rage quit today due to increasingly toxic boss and overall work environment. Will take your advice instead.

I already got another additional job a long time ago, but have been able to stay because we are all remote and no one knows what is going on anyway..no communication, no strategic planning, no team meetings, no goals.. just one emergency issue after the other.. although being able to count on 2 income streams, I never had much hope CVSH would find its way, but hey - ride it until either laid off or let go.. who cares? I really wanted to love this organization, but that's just me...
