40 plus employees have been laid off including 10 from Dallas support center.
Dallas Support Center to close office building in June. Making Spartanburg, SC only building for the brand. All other Dallas teams will either work remotely or be forced to take a severance or move to SC office.

I'm heartbroken, I loved working with representatives of Denny's HD as they have a very competent team and some real standouts.
It was most jarring calling in and not only not hearing a familiar voice but instead a thick accent from someone very far away who truly had no idea how their systems operate.
I don't blame the new people, it's Denny's corporate who will be responsible for steering their Titanic into the iceberg with their short sighted goals. I guess anything to justify their fat, overinflated salaries...
To everyone now laid off, you were most appreciated and are sorely missed.
@OP Don't feel bad. They are outsourcing the entire Call Center in Spartanburg for a call center in India. Meanwhile, having meetings about how good the company is doing and expected bonus goals.
