Thread regarding Microsoft Corp. layoffs

Remember when Microsoft was seen as one of the best employers out there

When working here was considered prestigious and everyone wanted to join? When layoffs were rare, almost unheard of? It’s shocking how quickly things have changed. I swear, it feels like we went from having one of the most secure jobs to virtually no job security overnight.

I feel like it's an intentional response to the the 2021 -2022 hiring bo-m where employees had more power than the Execs liked. So, they started to slap down the employees which has had a noticeable affect on morale.
