A call to the Ethics Line will start an Investigation by Ken Hayes. Hayes worked for Walgreens and analyzed cash register theft. It has been proven that Hayes doesn’t write his reports. Instead, HR writes the report and Hayes signs. Some system. Dig a little. Hayes’ father was on the Chicago PD. Read up on his history. You might need a CVS emesis basin.

No. That line is useless.

The ethics line can get you fired. The ethics line is to protect CVS only. The line has caller ID.

The Compliance Department is a large group within CVS; it does not roll up under HR. I suggest reaching out to Compliance with the facts, documentation, etc and they should explain their next steps regarding investigation, etc.

It is managed within the Compliance Dept. It's anonymous if you choose to not disclose your name. It's a genuine pathway for anyone to report misbehavior or concerns. However, investigations occur from within the company and potentially by colleagues close to the actual disclosure topic.

It's a lost cause. You would need to collect evidence and get a lawyer.
Then you may get some compensation.

No, it’s anonymous.

I sent in massive evidence of discrimination and bullying against staff from Executive Medicaid CM leadership and they did nothing, despite over ten Director level and above Colleague Relations complaints. They are there to protect the company, not the staff, just like HR.

If you have nothing left to lose here, which none of us do with the instability then rock the boat. Otherwise you end up like one of the people here who allegedly had documented discriminatory behavior like a year ago and now was asking how to fix it. You n-p it in the bud with what agency you have early. Go to HR, go above management.

This is one GD employer and unless your citizenship is unfortunately tied to it you shouldn’t have this paranoid anxiety about trying to fix BS. You doing all you can internally and documenting is also necessary in the need of pursuing legal action.

It works as far as reporting things against policy. It does not mean you get a free pass because you reported it. If you admit to wrongdoing they will address both. Had a bad employee take out a good leader, than admitted things twice as bad in the reporting. Both lost their jobs

What do you mean another HR type department? I always thought it was part of the HR department.

Don’t report anything! They don’t give a cr-p.

As with most things in life, it depends.
