I feel stuck with the company because I need the benefits for 2025. I’ve been looking at positions internally and have had absolutely no luck with getting a new position. Does anyone what positions are staying/going this year and when? Should positions like CC, TOCC or PRS be worried for Feb? Will they shut are market down?

Get out of Optum, if you really need to stay in the dumpster, go to UHC for a position.
