According to intranet Cargill just about met the quarterly target,
Rather incredible as no one doing anything impactful, in Global Impact anyway
This is just fluffy PR spin. The layoff savings won’t save the world that’s certain. Or maybe it is to help perception so they build it up for the sale as speculation is rife. With such poor leadership I don’t see Cargill going places. Not a learning and growing environment either.

If I look to the results for the last quarter the company is 13% behind budget. Overall another cr-p quarter and I doubt that in the remaining quarters they will be able to take a turnaround. No bonus or salary increase is very likely.
Deia Campanelli might be acting busy, when in fact she is paying external agency to do the actual thinking for her and deliver the work. She is the most incompetent leader of them all. Endless talking at 100miles an hour total BS. Standardised corporate phrases and meaningless jargon. No vision, no strategy all made up. No one buys her PR. There’s a reason Cargill's brand is not powerful or well liked as some other food giants.
Bullsh-t! Deia Campanelli (or whatever the PR lady’s name is) is working overtime to make these incompetent LT members look like they have a brain. Plus accounting games resulting from a massive layoff. It’s not real! Just games
Their LT teams are the same, it’s endemic. I’ve never seen any results that matter pretty average despite so much thrown at it
Yeah, a bunch of fake people claiming to care about mental health only to later fire thousands in a cr-ppy, amateurish way. Worst leadership ever. CEO a low testosterone man, CFO a lady who only knows how to su-k the CEO's ba--s and the CTO an arrogant b*tch.
The company will do fine, it makes billions in profit every year. The question is who wants to work with a bunch of fake personality, leftist, dei pushing, yes man/woman, pronoun using, buzzword speaking, gratitude preaching, overweight sack of monkey sh-t sr managers. Hallelujah, wheres the tylonol....
