Prepare to have your life wholly consumed by this company. Their internal processes are so over-engineered and employees micromanaged, that I can’t for the life of me understand why people love it here (unless you are in HR). I get it that the gainshare carrot is substantial, but is the stress and 60hr work weeks worth it? I know a few other people that have needed to go on FMLA for mental health reasons due to workload and work stress. Did I forget to drink the Kool-Aid?

I'm in services and it's not stressful if you utilize your tools and resources if you are in your guidelines and reading them properly there shouldn't be an issue. The only time I was micromanaged was during onboarding. If you so what you're supposed to it simply doesn't happen.
If you are in CRM yes is horrible but most jobs on the claims side have a lot more freedom
