Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

Boeing should get rid of the ethics department next

The ethics department does not do anything useful and it’s no value added. Whoever is not even enough to go to ethics with the complaint ethics department immediately goes to their manager with the Complaint and at the next round of layoffs that person is gone. It’s the most useless department.

what about the folks that installed the "ethics" department
what about the folks that installed the previous folks
it's all just one small party up there and you weren't invited

Per the unwritten (to protect the guilty) Boeing Manager Code of Conduct all Boeing managers are to follow. Once Boeing HR has informed (like within minutes) an offending Boeing manager that a subordinate of theirs has filed a complaint against them. The offending Boeing manager will be required to immediately begin making repeated harassing phone calls, to the employee filing the complaint. No less than 20 calls per day is required for the offending Boeing manager to make during all hours, when the Boeing employee is not at work. The offending Boeing Manager is also supposed to state in no uncertain terms they will continue calling until the employee breaks.
