There was a time we were on the other side of any lawsuit like this - having built our company in a legacy of innovation at the research center. I love the company - but OMG how is it possible that the company did this?
Think of all the equity and diversity energy we spent in recent years - we need an effort 2x that to realign to our roots - to get back to safety, honor, commitment and in particular to revalue our employees.
It’s a sad state of affairs that each employee has this same thought, about propel fuels, when we individually certify for ethics.
You can take solace in the fact that you work ethically and do the right thing. I can see that also from all those around me - but still, a readjustment is in order.

Agree 100 %. Completed mine and thought what a waste of time. How many people who signed off on their annual ethics compliance previously knew what had gone on with Propel Fuels and yet are still employed by P66
Ethics? It's all about the money for SHAREHOLDERS and ELT, let's not pretend otherwise. P66 has to cover themselves legally but that's all this is, another CYA.
I also did mine and couldn't help but recall how unethical it felt losing so many colleagues to outsourcing last year.
