Every year Cargill comes up with a reason to give sh---y bonuses. During covid, when the company made a fortune, they said they had to be protective long term aka sh-t bonuses after everyone worked their as--s off. Since then every year has been sh-t because if bogus budget goals. Last year the company made over $3b in proft, but thats not enough so they paid sh-t bonus. F this company. Everyone who is here still should put in minimal effort every, single, day. Dont work hard. Dont work extra time. F them. Spend your time doing something that you find fulfilling that isnt career related. Its not worth sacrificing your real life to your job. It is just a job after all...dont let anyone fool you into thinking its anything more than that. It isn't. You are not your job.

They'll need to write-off all the severance payments in Q4. That should be enough to keep the bonuses down.
Agree just look at the sh---y way they laid off some really senior sales and marketing leaders last month. They have no respect or care for anyone but themselves.
That's right, I was one of those impacted and if there's one thing I regret, it's having worked hard and often overtime. In the end, it was all for nothing and I was chased out of the company like a stray dog.
Take care of your life and your family.
