The highest ranked Indian IIT globally is #211, compared to Harvard, Stanford, MIT (top 3) as well as other top 10 universities such as Oxford, Cambridge, Yale, UC Berkeley and Tsinghua University (China).

If India had brains, it would be flourishing country and its people wouldn't migrate to other country! Just look at China, its people are going back.
India has destroyed its country from within due its culture. Broken into three countries, and now again dividing along the lines of religions and roots, repeating history over and over again.

He wants to hire as many IIT graduates from India as possible. He knows where the brains are, and he's going to go after them by investing in India's STEM graduates from top universities.
