Is it just me, or does it feel like half the team’s walking out the door lately? It’s like a mass exit nobody’s really talking about. Something’s definitely up.

After project ascend the work environment became really toxic, not only leaders, many co-workers too.
McKinsey is just a buzzword vomiting waste of time and money which fits perfectly with the MM method of leadership. MM is nothing more than an henpecked nudnik that couldn’t lead a greased pig down a super slide.
From 2020 post McKinsey reorg on it has been a sh*t show of bad hires and poor leadership. When you show good long time people the door experience is lost.
What happened to Sr.VP_TC? Profile just vanished.
The Callon was bad deal for the Callon people. We were happy until the sellout.
It’s either survival or a setup to facilitate a buyout. JC’s two big decisions (going on in on Alpine and the Callon deal) have destroyed the company. Even his loyalty (?) to his cronies didn’t matter except for MM. And he should have been the first out the door.
