Will they honor the discretionary enhanced redundancy terms (DERT) for UK employees that are served notice as part of this upcoming re-org? DERT terms are much more favorable than statutory redundancy terms, but they are discretionary.
As far as i know, they provided DERT during re-invent but will they in 2025? I'd imagine so or they will have a lot of angry ex-employees. Thoughts..
