Any why should they pay you more what value do you bring to the table other than entitlement
You got a job offer including your pay rate. You accepted it. Stop your whining or just leave. No one will miss you!
I agree. It’s one thing to give 1-2% raises each year while paying the CEO $23 million, but to treat us like cr-p on top of it? No thanks.
