This guy needs to retire, he has no people skills and is not a leader for this time. I prefer as do all our colleagues in FIG to give Matt a chance to run the business. He is a better leader of people. and knows our business, clients and technology. Frank as one positive action on your way to the SSA please make the needed change.

These c-suiters would definitely get forced out of any normal company. Oh wait..
You had me until you said Matt should run the business. He’s not capable and he’s solely out for himself - oh, and blindly does whatever FB says with 0 pushback to further his own career. He genuinely does not care about a single employee.
he has daily meetings at 6am including most weekends and expects his leaders to be up and to be fully prepared and in attendance for them. that includes them sometimes having to create one off decks til late in the evening just so he can read them with his morning orange juice. its just so fu^*%d up
there was a leader in omaha / lincoln that would then have to get up before 5am every day! due to the hour difference just to appease him for these meetings
that’s why he took a sabbatical (quit) GWehb
DEI hire by what standards, he’s an old bald white guy that looks and acts like Mr Smithers from the Simpsons?
And there you have it, straight from Frank himself lol.
JG is a DEI quota fill. He has no skills and has driven FIG down since he showed up. He needs to be shown the door NOW
When they put John in that role I thought I was reading the Onion. The place is run like a private equity firm the employees are nothing g but cattle.
John Gibbons is no choice for CEO, maybe dog catcher. anyway, his problem is poor people skills, he doesn't inspire or motivate he subtlety threatens and intimidates and uses fear as his super power.
Gibbons is very likely to retire this year
JG won't leave us now. He is the obvious choice for the next CEO.
